VCC utilizes counseling concepts that, historically, have been helpful, like Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Transactional Analysis, Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy. However, VCC also uses Subconscious Counseling when the root of the issue is not related to a conscious interference. It was developed by Dr Anders and has proven to be highly effective.
